Alcohol License

Alcohol Licensing applications are administered through the Town Clerk.  All Alcohol Licenses expire June 30 each year and must be renewed and approved by the Town Board before June 30.

CLASS “B” Beer:

Required to sell fermented malt beverages (beer) to consumers for on and off-premises consumption.

“CLASS B” Liquor:  

Required to sell intoxicating liquor to consumers by the glass for consumption on or off the licensed premises and, in the original sealed containers, for off-premises consumption.

License Fee includes:

  • $50.00 per year for a Class “B” Beer license
  • $150.00 per year for a “Class B” Liquor license
  • Background Check Fee for each person listed on the application, Agent
  • Publication Fee

Operator License (bartender):

Anyone applying for a new operator’s license must complete a Department of Revenue-approved Responsible Beverage Server Training course or show proof they have been a licensed bartender in the last two years in another Wisconsin municipality.

  • $5.00 per applicant
