As Memorial Day weekend arrives, our township would like to wish all residents a safe, joyful, and meaningful holiday as we come together to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of our nation’s heroes while also appreciating the freedoms and opportunities their service helped protect. It is a day filled with pride, gratitude, and community spirit.
Across the community, families, friends, and neighbors will gather to enjoy parades, cookouts, outdoor activities, and time spent together. As we celebrate the beginning of summer and enjoy the company of loved ones, we also remember those who made these moments possible through their service and sacrifice.
We encourage everyone to take a moment this weekend to honor our fallen heroes, support local veterans and military families, and celebrate the strong sense of community that makes our township such a wonderful place to call home.
